We puzzled over this for quite some time before inspiration struck in the form of that most Holy Grail of Taquerias: Tacos al Pastor! When we contemplated the imagery of a vertical rotisserie loaded with charred pork shoulder and pineapple piled high, we got giddy with the idea of a walk up Taqueria offering Taco Truck cuisine in the comfort of a restaurant setting.
TNT Taqueria offers full flavored dishes, always cooked from scratch using ingredients of the highest integrity. Our locally sourced meats include Northwest ‘St. Helen’s’ Beef, Salmon Creek Farms pork and Northwest raised Draper Valley chicken. These natural and sustainable proteins from our own back yard coupled with five daily made salsas are the foundation for our menu that offers South of the border Taqueria standards all day long!
We start our day with hot, sweet & crunchy cooked to order churros, Mexican hot chocolate and a brief selection of early morning dining options that include breakfast burritos, tortas, huevos rancheros & chilequiles. We also offer a full roster of tacos & tazones with two distinct vegetarian options for an all day menu that we’re serving up from 8am-9pm seven days a week!
Braised beef torta for breakfast? Heck yes! …huevos rancheros at 8:30 at night? You got it!
All menu items are packaged in 98.7% fully compostable containers for safe and sustainable travel. If and when we get our City to phase IV, you can grab a seat at the counter or one of the few tables to hang out and dine with us in house.
We’re located one mile west of the University of Washington in the scenic Wallingford neighborhood. Just look for the canary yellow storefront, (like you could possibly miss it), directly across the street from the dearly departed
Guild 45th Theaters.
